You'll need a Non-B Visa and a Work Permit. Normally to acquire a Non-B Visa and a Work Permit, you need to be employed by a qualified Thai Limited Company or a BOI Company or you need to be a business owner and set up a local entity in Thailand.

What can we offer?

We can offer you a Non-B Visa and a Work Permit from a qualified Thai company. We call this a Sponsored Work Permit. A Sponsored Work Permit means that the company 'hires' you but you do not actually work for that company. You do not receive a salary from that company nor do you need to do any work for the sponsoring company. This type of Work Permit and Visa usually last for 1 year or 2 year. There are no such visas that only last for 6 or 9 months. If you want to leave Thailand before it's expiry, you may just leave and cancel the Visa and Work Permit.

Enable you to receive salary from your foreign employer in Thailand

Solution:

To engage a Employer of Record (EOR) company to act as the intermediary between you and your real employer. An EOR company can bill / invoice your real employer every month and your employer can legally remit your salary via this invoice. We will then remit your salary less fees to your Thai Bank Account.

What is Employer of Record (EOR)?

An Employer of Record, or EOR, is an organization or a service that overtakes the legal responsibilities of employing your employees to decrease complexities associated with HR functions, employees security and benefits and paying your employees internationally.

How does it work?

As your EOR provider, we will draft a simple 3-way contract for you, your employer and us to sign off . This contract mainly covers your employer obligations to you and outsource them to us therefore we can ensure you receive the same or agreed level of compensation and benefits whilst you work and live in Thailand. In addition to that, this contract will specifically list down our obligations to you such as the amount of salary you will receive in Thailand, how you will be receiving them, when you will receive them and other services such as Tax Reporting & Gov't Compliance service for you.

How much is this service?

US$450 per person per month or 7% of your monthly salary
