Our proven recruitment workflow
- Understanding of your requirements, target candidate details (if available).
- Our experienced recruitment and head hunter team will reach out the target candidate.
- We will pre-screen the candidate for you.
- We will provide you with the candidate resumes for your reviewal before proceeding with the interview arrangement.
- We will arrange interview (face to face or online) between the candidate and you / your hiring manager.
- We can assist with preparing the employment agreement for you and the employee for signing (additional fee is 10,000 baht applies).
Our guarantee
We offer 119 guarantee period days, with one free replacement service if the selected employee did not fit for any reason.
Payment terms
The final annual % fee is negotiable, talk to one of our agents to get more details. You will pay non-refundable THB50,000 to get the head hunting process started and the remaining after you have successfully found the person.
