Cancellation of Work Permit and Non-B Visa
If you need to cancel your Work Permit and Non-B Visa unilaterally, without the knowledge or approval of your sponsoring employer, our legal team can assist you with it and get your Work Permit cancelled within 48 hours (express) or 5 working days (normal).
All we need from you is the Photocopy of your Work Permit and Passport and a signed letter stating you would like to cancel your Work Permit and Non-B Visa and understand that after cancellation, you will need to exit the country within 7 days.
