How long does it take
until I can get my KITAS?
It takes 2 weeks to completely incorporate your Foreign Corporation (PT PMA) and another 4 days to get your Business Visa.

Data Collection from you.

Day 2
Preparation of your Article of Association by Public Notary (AKTA Notaris).

Day 3 or 4
You'll need to come into our office to sign your AKTA in front of the Notary.

Day 4 or 5
Submission of your PT PMA application and AKTA for approval.

Day 12
Collection of your approved PT PMA documents.

Day 13
Preparation of your Bank Account Opening documents.

Day 14
Proceed to the Bank to open your Company Bank Account.
Submission of your personal and company information for your KITAS application.

Day 21 — Your KITAS is ready.
Proceed to the immigration office to have your photo and fingerprint taken for your KITAS.
Once you've your Business Visa, you must enter Indonesia within 90 days and our agent in Bali or Jakarta will collect your passport to get your 2 years Investor Work Permit (KITAS) affixed to it. This will take no more than 7 days.

All we need from you is:
Valid Passport with a minimum of 32 months validity for the KITAS applicant
At least 2 shareholders for your Company
Provide 3 company names and the company primary business should fall under the low to medium risk industry
Appoint 1 Director and 1 Commissioner for your company
A Formal Business Address for your Company (provided with this package)
