For your reference, the official criteria to obtain a Retirement Visa are as follow:
- Must be 50 years old and above
- Passport (signed copies of each page)
- Non-Immigrant O Visa
- Departure Card TM.6
- Proof of meeting Financial Requirements (THB800,000 in a Thai Bank Account for at least 3 months)
- Thai Bank Book (original)
- Letter from your Thai Bank
- 2pcs of photo (4cm x 6cm) photos, with full face taken
Thailand Retirement Visa

Retirement Visa (15 months)
This is the standard Retirement Visa application process. You'll initially receive a 3 months Retirement Visa and then it will be extended for a further 12 months.
You're required to be present at the immigration during the initial application and the week before your initial 3 months Retirement Visa expire.

Retirement Visa (15 months)
