• Original pre-signed forms — List of Shareholders (Bor. Or. Jor. 5 form) and the Incoming Director Form (Form Kor.) by the temporary Thai Shareholders and Thai Director

  This allows you to change the shareholder and Director of the Thai Company after the transfer of ownership of the Land and House to your Thai Company is completed.

• Original pre-signed Shares Certificates of the Shareholders by the temporary Thai Shareholders and Thai Director
• Land Office Power of Attorney (LO POA) signed by the Temporary Thai Director

  To be submitted at the Land Office to receive the ownership in the Land and House.
