  • At least 1 shareholder over 18 years old is required.
  • The shareholder can be a local or a foreigner
  • The shareholder can also be an entity
  • You must have a local Director
  • You must have a registered address in Singapore
  • For a Private Limited company, the minimum registered capital of the company is SGD1 however the most common set up is with SGD1,000
