What does your Tax Filing Service covers?

After the on-boarding process, our team will provide you a list information that your Accounting Teamn will need supply us and it's deadline and our team will act on behalf of your company in Thailand to file these information into the Thai government system (Revenue Department, Social Security, Labor Office and etc).

Our service fee is only

THB65,000 per year

...and it covers (whichever applicable to your business)

Monthly

It covers:

Withholding tax (WHT) on payments you make
  • Employees’ salaries — PND.1
  • Payments to Thai individuals (e.g., freelancers) — PND.3
  • Payments to Thai juristic persons (companies) — PND.53
  • Payments to foreign companies (no PE in TH) — PND.5
Value-Added Tax (VAT) — monthly return
  • PP.30 (all VAT registrants; file even for nil months)
VAT on imported services (self-assessed)
  • PP.36 (when you use services from a foreign provider in Thailand).
Specific Business Tax (SBT)

Only if you’re in SBT-covered businesses (e.g., certain financial/real-estate activities, businesses excluded from VAT)

  • PT.40
Social Security (SSO) — employer contributions
  • Pay and file the monthly report for all covered employees.

Please note: This service only covers Filing Service only. Revenue department, Social Security Office & DBD may ask for additional information or supporting documents.
