Common questions
Can I use this address for official Thai documents?
Yes — your registered mailbox address is a real, usable Thai address for receiving official correspondence including government letters and courier deliveries. For immigration purposes (TM30), that is available as a paid add-on through our licensed partner.
How quickly is my address ready?
Within 24 hours of signing up and verifying your passport. You'll receive your full mailing address by email and LINE, ready to use immediately.
What happens if I get a parcel and I'm travelling?
We store it securely. Quarterly and Annual plan members get extended free parcel storage (30 and 14 days respectively). You can also request forwarding anywhere in the world directly at any time.
Do I need a Thai bank account or phone number?
No Thai bank account is needed — we accept international cards, cash and bank transfer. A LINE/WhatsApp account is helpful for notifications, but email notifications is the default method.
Can I upgrade or change my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal date.
Are the visa services included in my plan?
Annual plan members receive one free 45-minute visa consultation per year and proactive visa expiry reminders via LINE. All visa assistance, including extensions, work permits, and company registration, is handled by our licensed partner team and priced separately.
