Yes. Your registered mailbox address is a real, physical Thai address usable for official correspondence including government letters, bank statements, and courier deliveries. For immigration purposes such as TM30 address registration, this is available as a paid add-on (฿1,800) handled by our licensed immigration partner.

Your address is ready within 24 hours after signup and passport verification. You receive the full mailing address by email and WhatsApp/LINE so you can use it immediately for online shopping, bank registration, and official correspondence.

Your parcel is stored securely at our staffed location. Quarterly and Annual plan members receive extended free parcel storage (14 days free). Domestic forwarding costs ฿50 + postage and international forwarding via DHL or EMS costs ฿85 + postage. You can request forwarding at any time via WhatsApp or LINE.
