Establish a Free Zone & Export Only Entity in Thailand

The first step is to have an office in a licensed Free Zone in Thailand. Once you have obtain your Free Zone status, you can then set up your Export Only Entity. This process will take approximately 14 days and you will need to remit at least THB3,000,000 into the company within the first financial year.

Register at the Revenue Department

Once your company is establish, you must register your Company with the Revenue Department to obtain the VAT Certificate.

Scope of Services:

The Service Provider agrees to deliver the following services to the Client:

  • Assisting the Client in applying for a Free Zone & Export Only Company.
  • Assist Client to obtain an approved office space within the Free Zone.
  • Preparing and submitting the company set up application with DBD and relevant authorities.
  • Register company with the Revenue Department and assist client to obtain Import / Export License.

Service Standards:

The Service Provider commits to:

  • Delivering services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable trademark registration requirements.

Exclusions:

The Service Provider is not responsible for disapprovals resulting from regulatory changes, third-party actions, or errors in the information provided by the Client.

Limitation of Liability:

The Service Provider's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service. Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages are not covered.

Amendments:

Any changes to this SLA must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Governing Law:

This SLA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
