Start with Your Role and Eligibility

This is an employment-based service for foreign nationals, with visa and work permit support linked to a suitable employment arrangement.

Tell Us About Your Proposed Work in Thailand

We review nationality, passport validity, current location and immigration status, qualifications, experience, duties, salary, work location and the proposed employer relationship. Availability depends on the employee and the employment structure.

A foreign founder or business owner can request a review of their proposed role; ownership alone does not establish eligibility for this service.

Employment starts only after the required work authorisation is in place. Signing an EOR agreement or paying a service fee does not itself authorise work.

Foreign Employee EOR, Visa & Work Permit FAQs

Answers for foreign professionals, business owners and overseas HR teams.

This combined EOR, payroll, visa and work permit service is designed for eligible foreign nationals working in Thailand and the companies employing them. Each proposed employee and employment arrangement is reviewed before acceptance.

Yes. It combines EOR and payroll management with visa and work permit support. The annual visa and work permit fee is THB 183,000 per foreign employee, in addition to the EOR fee of 18% of monthly salary. The quotation confirms the application route and scope.

An appropriate EOR arrangement may provide a local employing entity without the client establishing its own Thai employing entity. Suitability depends on the role, activities and regulatory position; the arrangement does not automatically resolve the client’s own business-licensing or tax obligations.

You can request an eligibility review. We need details of the actual role, employer or business, salary, qualifications and immigration status. This is an employment-based service; eligibility is not established solely by owning a business or paying a fee.

The EOR & Payroll Management fee is 18% of monthly salary, plus THB 183,000 per foreign employee per year for visa and work permit services. At THB 60,000 monthly salary, the EOR fee is THB 10,800 per month. Salary and both fees total THB 1,032,600 over 12 months, before applicable contributions, benefits, other employment costs and taxes.

The fee is THB 183,000 per year. Its THB 15,250 monthly equivalent is shown for budget planning only. The quotation confirms payment timing and terms.

No. UnionSPACE supports preparation and coordination, while the relevant authorities decide applications. Eligibility, required documents, processing times and permission periods depend on the individual case.

The start date depends on eligibility review, completed documentation, the required visa and work authorisation, employment onboarding and payroll funding. An EOR agreement alone does not authorise work. We confirm a practical timetable after reviewing your case.

The client assigns duties, sets objectives and manages performance within the approved role. UnionSPACE manages the agreed local employment, payroll and visa and work permit support.

Employment changes must be coordinated with final payroll and any required immigration or work permit steps. A transfer to the client’s own Thai company requires a fresh review of employment continuity and the relevant permissions.
