The program does not change the registered-office client's primary obligations under their existing office agreement.

Access Must Be Controlled

Storage access arrangements must be practical, safe, and compliant with building rules and operational requirements.

Does this replace my existing office agreement?

No. You keep your office agreement. The program is an additional cost-offset opportunity and does not remove your primary obligations under the existing office agreement.

Can I introduce my own storage user?

Yes. If you already know someone who needs small storage space, you may introduce them to the program. The user and storage use must still be approved by UnionSPACE.

What items are not allowed?

Hazardous, illegal, perishable, flammable, odorous, oversized, or high-risk goods are not permitted. All storage use must follow UnionSPACE approval and building rules.

Is the income guaranteed?
