You only pay for the days you actually check-in to our space.
Unlike most of the coworking plans out there where you're charge based on weekly or monthly regardless whether you actually come into the coworking space or not, at UnionSPACE and with USPassport Work Pass, you only pay for what you use. USPassport Work Pass works like a prepaid pass whereby you purchase single or multiple work pass in advance and it will only be deducted when you actually check-in to our coworking space.
USPassport Work Pass allows you to use it at any UnionSPACE locations all around the world. Your can purchase your USPassport Work Pass in Bangkok and you can use them the same way you would in the Philippines for example.
Remember, the more Work Pass you buy in advance, the cheaper it is per Work Pass and each Work Pass will only be consumed when you actually check-in to our centers.
How to use it
Your Subscription
Once you have purchased your USPassport Work Pass, it will be loaded into your account and linked to your USApp. You can check it by heading to My Subscription in USApp.
How to use it
To check-in to our space
Simply launch USApp and touch the Members section on the Smart Display that is available at all UnionSPACE locations (usually located on the Reception or the Entrance). A QR code will appear on the Smart Display and all you have to do is to tab on the QR Scanner on USApp and scan the QR Code.
How to use it
Confirm your check-in
You will be asked to confirm your check-in and once you do that, 1 USPassport Work Pass will be deducted from your account and at the same time, you will be issued with your personalized WIFI credential for that day. You can connect up to 3 devices per WIFI credential.

FAQ
If i purchase a 30x USPassport Work Pass, how long does it last?
All USPassport is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and it will only be deducted when you check-in to our space. For example, for the month of July, you only check-in our space for 6 days, only 6 days out of the 30x USPassport Work Pass will be deducted.
Can i use it at all UnionSPACE locations?
Yes, you can use it at all UnionSPACE locations. You can purchase your packages in Indonesia and you can use it in Malaysia or Thailand for example.
Is there any expiry date for USPassport Work Pass?
Yes, all packages is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
When i check-in to partner cafe or restaurant, would it deduct my USPassport Work Pass?
No, it will not be deducted.
