The Non-Negotiables for your Company to qualify to sponsor a Non-B Visa or a Work Permit

Your company must have at least THB2 million Fully Paid Up Capital

Your company must be VAT Registered and is able to provide the most recent 3 months VAT filing receipt.

Your company has been hiring 4 Thai citizen and been paying for their Social Security for at least 3 months.

You're able to provide the latest Company Tax Submission receipt.

Your company has a permanent office space where the immigration officer could conduct spot check.

Qualification #1

THB2 Million Paid Up Capital

Your company must have at least THB2 million Fully Paid Up Capital
  • For every THB2 million fully paid up capital, your company qualify to apply for 1 Non-B Visa and 1 Work Permit (for the same applicant)
  • Fully Paid Up Capital means that you need to have records that your company Shareholders have remitted their investment according to their share holding.

Qualification #2

VAT Registration Certificate (Por Por 20)

Your company must be VAT Registered and is able to provide the most recent 3 months VAT filing receipt.
  • You must be able to present the original copy of your P.P. 20 as part of your Non-B Visa and Work Permit application
  • As with all VAT registered company in Thailand, it is mandatory for you to file your VAT Tax Report every month and to apply for Non-B Visa and Work Permit, you must be able to provide the most recent 3 months of your VAT filing receipt.

Qualification #3

4 Thais to 1 Foreigner Rules

Your company has been hiring 4 Thai citizen and been paying for their Social Security for at least 3 months
  • To be able to sponsor a foreigner a Non-B Visa and a Work Permit, your company must be able to provide evidence that it has been employing 4 Thais nationals for at least 3 months before applications and that the company has paid for the Thai employees social security
  • This requirements remains the same for every foreigner your company wants to apply Non-B Visa and Work Permit for.

Qualification #4

Submit latest P.N.D 50.

You're able to provide the latest Company Tax Submission receipt.
  • To proof that your company can sustain the operation and is able to continue to pay the foreigner salary, you'll need to submit your company P.N.D 50 for their review
  • P.N.D. 50 is the end of year Company Tax Filing

Qualification #5

Land owner approval

Your company has a permanent office space where the immigration officer could conduct spot check
  • As part of the immigration and labor department review process, you need to provide a letter signed by the Land Owner or Juristic Office approving your office / work space
  • This letter certify that the Land Owner knows you will be operating a business in his or her land.
