Complete China Company Set Up Service for Foreigners

Scope of Services:

The Service Provider agrees to deliver the following services to the Client:

• Assisting the Client in Adminitrative Management Company Formation in China.
• Assisting the Client to Establish a Private Limited Company in China.

Service Standards:

The Service Provider commits to:

• Delivering services in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable registration requirements.
• Assist client to set appointment with the banks to open Corporate Bank Account
• Assist and accompany client during China Bank Account opening appointment
• Assist client to register and setup Business / Official Account for Douyin, XioHongShu, WeiXin and others as agreed

Exclusions:

The Service Provider is not responsible for disapprovals resulting from regulatory changes, third-party actions, or errors in the information provided by the Client.

Limitation of Liability:

The Service Provider's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service. Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages are not covered.

Amendments:

Any changes to this SLA must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
