All day breakfast, healthy snacks and various alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages are available for purchase throughout the day. You can enjoy a Thai Ice Coffee while researching for your next destination.

Catch up with news, listen to Spotify (premium account) or catch up with your Netflix here. We have a simple pantry for your to reheat some food. Due to fire safety reasons, we are not able to allow open fire cooking in this area.

What is included in the price?
An all-in-one monthly bill covers everything: rent, utilities, council tax, wifi, cleaning (fortnightly room cleans and linen changes), and access to all communal spaces and community events. No hidden costs – no unexpectedly high bills at the end of the month!
We also have an onsite team during the day (8am-8pm) to help you out with any issues. After hours, we have dedicated security guards onsite. -
What is the length of the membership?
We're for the globetrotters, the nomads and the settlers, so we believe in offering flexibility for our members. At UnionSPACE, we offer stays from 3 to 12 months. If you want to stay with us for any longer, all you have to do is renew your membership.
UnionSPACE will offer the option to stop in or stay a while, with stays from just one night. No matter how long you’re around for, we’ve got you covered. -
Is my room cleaned and my linen changed?
Yes! We have an entire team in the building dedicated to exactly that. Room cleans and linen changes are once every two weeks. All the common spaces are cleaned everyday. An exact schedule will be provided.

What is provided in my room?
We provide bedding and linen as well as all kitchen utensils, cutlery and plates, so all you need to do is turn up with a bag and you’re all set!
