Standardized Legal Contract (Thai and English translation) and customization for personal or business use in Thailand.

Legal Contract Drafting (Thai and English or both)

As more and more people resettle in Thailand, the rise in the need to enter into a formal contract increases. The need for contracts beyond the usual employment contract or condo lease agreement has become a necessity and here at UnionSPACE, we want to make this process as pain-free and straight forward as possible, especially for the non native.

How the US Legal Service is different

  • Our executive team derives from several countries and we know how challenging it is for foreigners to negotiate with locals about their contract and always wonder how enforceable the contract is in the court of law. Coming from this standpoint, our local team will first understand your need, your interest and your key concern and then we will assist you to craft the agreement according to your concerns in English for your verification. At this point, we will want you to highlight the most crucial / sensitive concern therefore when we translate the English copy to Thai copy (Thai law only accepts Thai version of any contract) we will pay special attention to those concerns so it doesn’t get lost in translation.

We know this sounds intimidating but in the real world, such incidents happen frequently and when the need to enforce the contract, the key points of the contract are no longer in the Thai version.
