经验教训:在 HomePro 购买空调前,外国人在泰国一定要注意这件事

在泰国买一台新空调,本来应该是一件很简单的事。你走进一家知名商店,告诉销售你需要哪些功能,付款、安排安装,然后理所当然地认为产品会和承诺的一样。 可惜,我们最近的经历并不是这样。 我们最近在 HomePro 购买空调时犯了一个代价不小的错误。现在把这件事分享出来,是希望在泰国生活的外国人、外籍人士,或者准备购买电器的人,不要再踩同样的坑。 我们在泰国买空调时犯下的昂贵错误 最近,我们在 HomePro 一共购买了 5 台空调。从一开始,我们的需求就非常明确:我们要的是一款支持 WiFi 功能的空调,可以通过手机 App 进行远程控制。 对我们来说,这并不是什么“加分项”,而是一个非常关键的核心需求。无论是管理房产、提前为房间降温、监控使用情况,还是在不在现场时远程操作,WiFi 远程控制功能都非常重要。 当时我们到店后,明确告诉销售人员,我们想买一款性价比高、带 WiFi 功能的空调。随后,销售向我们推荐了一款 海尔(Haier) 的空调,并告知这款机型具备 WiFi 功能。由于这正是我们最在意的条件,我们便决定购买并继续安排后续流程。 一开始一切看起来都很顺利。我们付款、预约安装,安装人员也如期上门。整个安装过程本身没有任何问题。 然而,真正的问题是在安装完成后才出现的。 安装完成后才发现:这台空调根本没有 WiFi 功能 当我们开始测试新安装好的空调时,才震惊地发现:没有 WiFi 模式、没有 App 配对功能,也无法进行远程控制。 那一刻,我们立刻意识到事情不对了。 随后,我们上网查询了发票上的型号,结果发现:我们最终购买并安装的这一款型号,其实根本不带 WiFi 功能。 真正带 WiFi 功能的是另一个不同的型号。 也就是说,我们最终收到并安装的产品,并不是我们原本以为销售所推荐、所承诺的那个型号。 最大的问题:你很难证明当时销售说过什么 真正麻烦的地方,从这里才开始。 空调一旦安装完成,事情就变得非常难处理。因为当时销售过程中关于功能的沟通,大多只是口头说明,并没有清晰地体现在书面文件上。最后就变成了我们说有,对方说没有的局面。 这也正是我们为什么一定要把这次经历分享出来。 给在泰国生活的外国人一个重要提醒:买大家电前,一定先核对型号 如果你是在泰国生活的外国人,准备在 HomePro 或其他电器商店购买空调、洗衣机、冰箱或其他大型家电,千万不要只听销售口头介绍。 在付款之前,请务必认真检查以下几点: 1. 一定要核对准确的产品型号 确保报价单、订单、发票和最终账单上的型号,和销售当时向你展示或推荐的型号完全一致。 2….
