Everything that you acquired will be based on USD and the Sales & Purchase agreement will be based in USD. As crypto currencies may fluctuate, the final amount of crypto for the equivalent can only be determined at the time of transaction.

Total contract sum: USD256,500 + 10% Service Fee
Grand total: USD282,150
inclusive of: Legal Fee, Escrow Fee and Digital Currencies settlement fee
which is equivalent to: 12.7283875 BTC or 282,349.47USDT (on March 5, 2023)
A back to back agreement will be drafted and signed between you (the buyer), us (UnionSPACE) and the seller (property owner) to honor the spot exchange rate and the window the transaction has to be completed and when the transaction is completed, the legal team will execute the Sales and Purchase Agreement and the Escrow will release the payment in Thai Baht to the seller.
