Thaichamindo and Unionspace x InvestinAsia Sign Partnership to Strengthen the Thailand–Indonesia Business and Investment Ecosystem

Jakarta, 29 June 2026 – The Thai Chamber of Commerce Indonesia (Thaichamindo) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Unionspace x InvestinAsia at the Event Space, vOffice Centennial Tower, South Jakarta. The agreement marks a strategic milestone in strengthening cross-border business collaboration through investment facilitation, business networking, business matching, and comprehensive support for Thai and Indonesian companies seeking to expand into each other’s markets.

Under the partnership, Thaichamindo will provide Unionspace x InvestinAsia with broader access to its members, Thai enterprises, investors, and business communities exploring investment opportunities in Indonesia. As part of the implementation of the MoU, Unionspace x InvestinAsia will support Thaichamindo members in establishing and expanding their businesses in Indonesia and Thailand. The services include company incorporation, business licensing, visa and immigration assistance, tax advisory, legal services, regulatory compliance, and other operational support. Unionspace x InvestinAsia is a corporate services provider supporting both domestic and international companies entering Asian markets. Through its integrated service offerings, the company assists businesses throughout their expansion journey, including company incorporation, visa and residence permit applications, taxation, business licensing, legal compliance, and other administrative requirements. These services enable companies to establish and expand their operations efficiently while complying with the applicable regulations in each jurisdiction.

In addition, the partnership encompasses business matching initiatives, market information exchange, joint promotional activities, member benefit programmes, and the development of collaborative initiatives aimed at strengthening trade, investment, and business relations between Indonesia and Thailand. Both parties have also agreed to maintain ongoing communication and coordination to ensure the effective implementation of the partnership and to deliver tangible benefits to the business communities of both countries.

Pathama Sirikul, President of the Thai Chamber of Commerce Indonesia (Thaichamindo), stated that the partnership reflects Thaichamindo’s commitment to strengthening support for Thai companies seeking to expand their business activities while creating broader opportunities for collaboration with partners in Indonesia.

“Indonesia is one of Thailand’s most important economic partners in Southeast Asia. Through our partnership with Unionspace x InvestinAsia, we aim to create an ecosystem that enables our members to establish stronger business connections, better understand the regulatory landscape, and accelerate their investment and business expansion in Indonesia. We believe this collaboration will generate meaningful value for the business communities of both countries.”
