Once you have your appointment to collect your Visa and eWork Permit, arrive 30 mins before schedule and wear a collar shirt and bring your original Passport.
Head to One Bangkok, Witthayu Rd, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330 (Google map: https://share.google/PGOLY1fUYjQkkYjLQ) and once you arrive One Bangkok, go to the mall entrance then take escalator up to Level 6. Look for this then take that escalator up 1 more floor.
Ignore the first reception counter. Head into the larger room.
You will see many counters and seats. Look for the INFO counter. Show them your forms and they will give you a number.
Wait for your number to be called then proceed to the cashier and hand them your forms. Pay THB3,000 on the spot and collect your documents back. After payment, you need to go to another room. A smaller one. Look for a corridor and walk through it and the smaller room is on your right.
Enter the room on the right and look for the INFO counter. It is on the right side of the room. (No Photos here)
Surrender your forms and Passport to one officer there and wait around the area. There is a table on the most left. That is where your photo will be taken.
Once your turn, the officer will either call your name or company name. Go back to where you surrender your form, pick up all your forms and go to the table on the most left. You will see a camera on that table. Pass the forms to the lady and you will be asked to sign on the digital pad and then they will take your photo.
Once you are done with your photo taking, pick up your forms and passport then go to counter g02 (the table on the most right) and hand them your forms. The officer will do a quick check and data entry and then call your name. Pick up your forms, go back to the Big room to the Information Counter D1,2,3,4 to take another number.
You’re almost done here. Now, you need to pay for your Visa – which is THB1,900.
Wait for your number to be called, surrender the remaining forms, pay THB1,900 and then once that is done, go back to the Small Room, to the last table (g02) and hand her your Passport and remaining form. She will do a quick check and data entry and then your BOI Visa and Work Permit is done.
Pick up your Passport, it will have a Non-B Visa stamp. Say thank you and leave gracefully.
Now that your Visa is now, you need to check your email. You should receive 2 emails from the system. It is about your eWork Permit. You need to follow the instruction on the email to activate your Digital Work Permit.
You will receive 2 stamps. Check the dates
