Terms & Conditions
Agreement
This agreement does not create any lease or tenancy rights.
You (the Client) are granted the right to use the coworking space as long as you follow these Terms & Conditions and House Rules. The Client owns full responsibility for its guest conduct within the coworking space.
The agreement is valid for the stated period and can be extended with at least 1 month’s written notice. Renewal rates will follow current market rates or a prior agreed rate.
Early termination requires 7 day’s notice. For approved early termination, you will not be charged for unused time.
The Provider (US.WorkPod) may suspend or terminate the agreement if:
· The Client becomes insolvent/bankrupt,
· The Client breaches obligations and does not fix them within 7 days, or
· The Client (or guests) engage in misconduct or violate rules.
Use of Space
Upon termination, you must vacate immediately, return keys/cards, and leave the space in its original condition.
A restoration fee will be charged for cleaning/repairs beyond normal wear and tear.
If you continue using the space after your agreement ends, you will be responsible for any resulting costs or claims.
Services
US.WorkPod provides serviced office space and related services during normal hours.
Internet is provided, but you are responsible for your own security measures.
Access codes must not be shared or sublet.
Refunds & Cancellations
Requests must be made in writing to bangkok@unionspace.com
Refunds (minus transaction costs) may be approved if requested at least 3 working days before check-in.
Exchanges for similar services may be allowed depending on availability.
If you terminate early, deposits are forfeited and no refunds are given mid-contract.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 working days.
Compliance
Clients must comply with all laws, avoid nuisance, and not engage in unlawful, political, or immoral activities.
Any suspicion of criminal activity may lead to immediate termination.
Both parties agree not to solicit each other’s employees for 6 months after the agreement ends.
Liability
US.WorkPod is not liable for losses unless due to gross negligence.
No liability for indirect losses (e.g., lost business, profits, data).
Clients are advised to insure against potential risks.
Confidentiality
Terms of this agreement are confidential for 1 year after termination.
Both parties must keep each other’s confidential information secure.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Thai law.
Disputes will be handled by courts in Bangkok.
House Rules
Space & Access
No signage or removal of any signage without written approval.
Take care of furnishings and equipment; no alterations without consent.
Keep doors locked when leaving after hours.
The Space sole function is for work or study only. Strictly no sleep over or used as accommodation.
Conduct
Maintain professional behavior and attire.
Keep noise levels reasonable.
Smoking, harassment, and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
Restrictions
No cooking, hazardous items, firearms, or animals.
No soliciting or canvassing other members.
Lounge is for short guest use (max 1 hour).
Prevent gatherings that disrupt other members.
Fees & Penalties
Restoration service fee: THB2,000 per sqm.
Late payments may result in service suspension.
Discounts/promotions apply only during their valid period.
IT & Internet Policy
Internet is shared and must only be used for lawful purposes.
No hacking, illegal downloads, or harmful software.
Provider may suspend internet access for violations.
No liability for third-party services or indirect damages.
